mental note
this is a mental note that this site was officially launched on this day.
to get to this point, this included:
1. prayer
2. an awesome dev team (dan, janet, eugy, justin, adam, patrick, mary, ayca, jon..everyone!)
3. chocolate covered espresso beans
4. ping pong (don't ask....)
5. vitamin water and sodas
6. justin shooting christmas ornaments (yes, we have christmas ornaments up in the middle of may)
7. and adam saying that we all don't know anything about basketball...and then in retaliation putting tim duncan's picture as his computer wallpaper (he hates the spurs).all in all a happy day.
[edit] if you're wondering about the kim kardashian ads you might see on my site - i think i figured it out. my last name is choi - google correctly identified me as a bonafide USDA approved korean. google also knows that there are a lot of koreans with the last name "kim". kim is kardashian's first name. therefore chris choi is connected with kim kardashian - oh the weird logic of google.

Who I Am
My name is Chris Choi. I currently reside in Forest Hills, New York and work here - for revelife.com. I attend a small church in queens where I serve as a Bible study teacher for high school kids concentrating on discipleship. In addition, I'm the praise leader for the young adult ministry playing guitar or drums (depending on where I'm needed!) I'm happily married to my beautiful wife, Esther. In addition, i have two dogs, gromit and juby (pictured left and right) who round out the rest of the family.Although I've been attending church since I was little, I wasn't truly saved until college. Exploring different beliefs, i realized that Christianity made the most sense intellectually and spiritually. In addition, realized that it was not so much religion but really a relationship with a loving God. From there, I became intrigued, challenged, and blessed by my faith and have been loving the journey since.
I hope you enjoy this site as we try to capture what it means to be a Christian as an identity and how we relate to God on a everyday basis. The hope is to not have sunday only christians here - but to carve out a place where we can enjoy being with Him everyday through our words, pictures, videos, and friendships. So stick around, connect with other people and let us all gather together because of Him.
